Ditchling Donkey
50ml Fling Toffee Vodka
200ml Fever Tree ginger beer
Lime wedge
Fresh mint
Into a long glass with ice, add Ditchling Fling Toffee Vodka and Fever Tree
ginger beer.
Stir and garnish with lime and fresh mint, and serve.
Sussex Espresso Martini
50ml Fling Toffee Vodka
25ml Kahlua Coffee Liquor
75ml fresh espresso (preferably hot)
3 coffee beans
Add Ditchling Fling Toffee Vodka, coffee liquor and freshly brewed espresso into a lidded cocktail shaker with a handful of ice.
Shake well for 30 seconds and strain contents into a chilled martini glass.
Once the foam layer formed, add the 3 coffee beans on top and serve.
Autumn Fizz
50ml Fling Toffee Vodka
Dash of pear puree
100ml cloudy apple juice
100ml lemonade
Into a long glass with ice, add the Fling Toffee Vodka, apple juice and pear puree.
Stir well and immediately add lemonade.
Stir and garnish with a apple slice, and serve.
Sweet White Russian
50ml Fling Toffee Vodka
25ml Kahlua Coffee Liquor
Full fat milk
Into a rocks glass with ice, add, add Fling Toffee Vodka, Kahlua and top up with whole milk and serve as is.
Ditchling Daniels
50ml Fling Toffee Vodka
25ml Jack Daniels
150ml Cola
Into a rocks glass with ice, add, add Fling Toffee Vodka and top up with Cola.
Garnish with an orange slice and serve.
Hot Cross Bun
50ml Fling Toffee Vodka
100ml cloudy apple
50ml Orange juice
50ml Ginger Beer
Cinnamon stick
5 raisins
Into a long glass with ice, add the Fling Toffee Vodka, apple juice,
orange Juice, Ginger Beer.
Stir well Stir and Garnish with a cinnamon stick, 5 raisins, and serve.
